The Ventspils High Technology Park (VHTP) was established in 2005, and one of its main fields of operation is leasing real estate in Ventspils. VHTP provides space from 15m2 office rooms up to 2000m2 manufacturing facilities to suit both small and large business. Currently, more than 30 lease agreements have been signed, and both Latvian and foreign international enterprises and their affiliates are operating in the property under our management.

We provide commercial property on both sides of the Venta River. The majority of rooms are furnished both with a ventilation system and a cooling system, thereby ensuring the necessary temperature and appropriate CO2 level indoors which is especially important for people working in IT. Our industrial park can be home to an IT data centre by ensuring the necessary amount of electricity and high-speed Internet. Using equal utility payment, office rent remains the same all around the year, which means that a leaseholder can plan the cash flow despite of changing weather conditions. 

According to the leaseholder’s needs, we provide a number of service solutions for an extra fee—administrative services, room cleaning services, ordering coffee, water and stationery, leasing storage rooms, accounting services, furniture rental, computer rental, access to a conference room and meeting hall. Rooms can be adjusted and furnished according to the client’s needs. The leaseholder has 24/7 access to the rooms. We provide virtual office services, and it is also possible to register a business’s seat in any of our managed or owned properties.
