Design and prototyping

Foundation "Ventspils High Technology Park" has created two production unit rooms with the aim to provide opportunities for anyone interested in bringing their ideas to life:

• Ventspils design workshop RADE is a workspace equipped with various production units available to all enthusiasts – both individual users and entrepreneurs – willing to design and create their own products. The workshop offers a variety of printers, thermal presses, laser cutters, laminators, sewing machines and other equipment to transfer design to either clothing, plastic, metal or wood, acrylic, various composite materials and other accessory types, print photos, make stickers and create packaging for any product created here.
  
• In the prototyping Hub it is possible to create parts and prototypes, as well as receive technical consultations in the development and production of prototypes, parts, including the development of 3D models of parts. The aim of the Hub is to foster development and production of new products in the field of educational technology and other areas by developing the business environment in Ventspils.
