VHTP has many years of experience in raising public and private funding as well as developing and implementing numerous projects.
We attract public funding from:
- EU structural funds available to Latvia;
- Norwegian financial instrument and European Economic Area (EEA) financial instrument;
- European Territorial Cooperation programmes.
We attract private funding:
- bank funding;
- ALTUM funding;
- risk capital.
VHTP provides:
- identification of funding opportunities — we evaluate the client’s needs and select the most appropriate financial instrument;
- project planning — we provide support for defining and designing project ideas/ concepts, planning the project budget and schedule, also recruit project partners and create a consortium;
- preparing the project application and documents — we prepare and submit project applications and accompanying documents (including business plan, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility study, cash flow);
- project management and monitoring services — we perform project administrative management, i.e. process coordination, project budget control, project procurement management (including preparation of procurement documents), mutual coordination of project partners, preparation of project reports and statements.
