Project "Development of digital skills of EDIC companies" LIFT
RTU Riga Business School, together with the Latvian IT Cluster, EnterCreative and Ventspils High Technology Park, offers an innovative EU-funded training program “EDIC Enterprise Digital Skills Development”.
The project aims to provide entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Latvia with basic digital, robotics and automation skills, digital transformation and digital innovations, skills that would facilitate export promotion, high-level basic digital management skills at the company management level and skills for using digital technologies in various business processes.
LIFT provides a unique opportunity for every Latvian company to acquire essential digital skills to successfully grow and compete in today's digital economy.
The project “EDIC Enterprise Digital Skills Development” is implemented with the support of the European Union Recovery Fund. Project no. 2.3.1.2.i.0/1/24/I/CFLA/001
De minimis funding covers 100% of the course costs (excluding VAT from the full price); GBER co-financing is also available.

From January 17, 2024 to June 30, 2026.

Total planned funding is EUR 7,023,453
- Recovery Fund funding: EUR 5,448,055
- Co-financing EUR 1,575,398
At least 950 entrepreneurs have been provided with basic digital skills by June 30, 2026.

- Companies with tax debt up to 150 EUR.
- Companies whose representatives have not been found guilty of criminal offenses.
- Co-financing is not available to companies operating in non-supportable sectors, such as alcohol production, real estate, gambling, but is available to representatives of financial and insurance companies.
