Promoting understanding and defining needs
Through various digitalization awareness promotion events, training, webinars and seminars, interested parties will be given the most up-to-date information on how to improve the operation of their company or institution, promote productivity and increase competitiveness. At this stage, the company will need to complete a digital maturity test, which will indicate the company's current state of digitalization and provide the first indications for its improvement. Taking into account the test results, LDIC experts will develop a road map for digital development with recommendations on the implementation progress of the digitalization project, possible technological support and achievable efficiency indicators.
Technology testing and expertise
We will help evaluate the existing business processes and provide recommendations for improving specific business processes, using both new and existing technologies on the market. We will recommend potential technology suppliers, giving companies, institutions and organizations the opportunity to initially test the recommended and market-requested technologies. If necessary, customers will be able to receive consultations from industry experts, boosting their confidence in the technological possibilities.
Training and implementation of new technologies
We will provide training to clients on various stages of digitalization, from general topics to highly advanced training in artificial intelligence, cyber security and high-performance computing. It will be possible to introduce new technologies for companies, institutions and organizations through application of various support mechanisms and national support programs. We will provide expertise to understand which program the client qualifies for and best meets its needs, thereby preparing a specialized digital development roadmap.
Evaluation
After receiving the aforementioned services, the client will perform a second digital maturity test in order to evaluate the impact of digital transformation activities and evaluate the growth indicators of the investment. The experts will provide an assessment of the implementation of investments based on the results of the second digital maturity and the achievable indicators of the Digital Development Roadmap prepared in advance, and will provide an opinion on fulfillment of the conditions mentioned in the Digital Development Roadmap.
