Business Incubator is a structural unit of Ventspils High Technology Park and offers premises and support services for companies in their early stage of activity. The activity of the Business Incubator is based on professional team that helps new companies to create and afterwards develop new products and services, elaborate technologies and carry out marketing activities.

On July 30, 2009 VHTP signed an agreement with Latvian Investment and Development Agency on providing business incubator services in Ventspils and Talsi, from 2009 till 2014. The support includes evolution of new products and technological processes, prototyping, constructing, consultations in selling and marketing, including the international marketing, preparing business plans and attracting additional funding from venture capital funds, EU programmes, and banks, thus helping to implement investment projects of the company.

VHTP Business Incubator is situated in Ventspils, on Inženieru Street 101 (in Ventspils University College) and on Kaiju Street 9. Incubator has also a regional branch office in Talsi, Miera Street 35. Prospective entrepreneurs are offered and provided with pre-incubation services.
