Ventspils Vocational Secondary School has long traditions, and in 2006 it celebrated its 100^th anniversary. Every year approximately 500 young people acquire vocational and secondary vocational education. Ventspils Vocational Secondary School develops in accordance with the regional labour market demand, and in order to implement such policy, it is necessary to promote the collaboration between business people, the school, and local authorities.
