Project manager Natālija Nudga works for the Business Incubator already from its activity beginning. She had helped to nurse numerous business ideas during these years, and she makes no secret that there is more and more work every year because a number of enterprises is growing. However satisfaction moments follow each other as fruit can be seen. New entrepreneurs who told some time ago about their idea to Incubator are now proud about self-created products.

Natālija shows one of the last products of Ventspils – pumice stone that can be fixed to any steady surface making feet care easier and being especially useful for people with joint problems, backache, and overweight.

Each Incubator’s project manager day to day supports several enterprises therefore time for writing new projects are only at the end of a working day, but the projects in Incubator are being written all the time in order to attract additional funding from European funds thus giving opportunity to entrepreneurs to go to change of experience trips, participate in international exhibitions and conferences as well as receive consultations from experienced entrepreneurs.

Similarly time need to be found for paper tidying or reports that must be prepared by the Incubator employees to the state about the support granted to entrepreneurs.  Incubator employees often cooperate with Freeport of Ventspils Authority that has taken care about attracting the big investors. In the Freeport it is recognized – a fact that administrative help and premises are available in the Incubator helps to attract the investors exactly to Ventspils. In such cases Natālija becomes a right-hand of foreign business persons helping them to manage initially unclear work issues and find employees.
