By April 2 every pupil may participate in a competition „We own the sky” that is organized by the Ventspils High Technology Park already the third year in turn.

Competitor may be no outstanding in math or physics, they just need to do a competition task: prepare a work of any type related to space – it can be a paper, research, collection of poems, painting, sculpture, song, dance, etc.

The jury of the competition will name authors of the best two works – a guy and a girl who in summer will get to the international space camp for youth in Alabama, USA, where they will have an opportunity to walk over the moon, simulate space ship launch, and go through spacemen’ trainings.
